Adoration
Eucharistic Day of Renewal
We are having a Eucharistic Day of Renewal on
Saturday, March 10, from 9 am to 2 pm. Come join us
on this Day of Reflection as our facilitator, Colleen Spiro,
shares reflections and stories about the Eucharist. The
day will start with Mass at 9 am. During the day we will
have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and a few
witness talks as others share their devotion to the
Eucharist. Feel free to come for all or part of the day.
$5.00 donation for continental breakfast and lunch. All

SKD CCW Spring Fashion Show
Glitz, glamour, and sparkle!
March 24, 11:30 am, parish hall. Hospitality table at
11am. Fashions by Lucille's Boutique Consignment Shop.
Food by Chef Bill. Tickets are $20.00. Benefit of
Education Fund. Auctions, raffles, door prizes and much

New to You Boutique
Ladies, it is time to Spring Clean our closets. CCW is
looking for like new women's clothing and accessories
for their New to You Boutique. We will accept your
donations on the following weekends after all Masses,
March 3-4, 10-11, 17-18. You may also bring them to
the CCW meeting on March 13. Please have clothing on
hangers and ready to wear. For other arrangements,

Mission Outreach Ministry
Mission Outreach Ministry Team
Volunteers Needed for the following Outreach Ministries:
CCMI – A ministry in Cape Coral that helps feed the
homeless.
SKD/ECHO Community Garden – A mission that will
help our parishioners and others in our local community
learn to plant box gardens and other container gardens,
to help feed themselves and their families.
Coalition for Immokalee Workers (CIW) - An Interfaith
Action ministry in SW Florida that will help farm workers
increase their wages, improve their standard of living,
and improve farm worker rights.

Lifeline Family Center
Lifeline Family Center, one of SKD Outreach Ministries,
will be offering a Volunteer Orientation (Training) on
Tuesday, March 6, 1 - 4 pm. Lifeline is a maternity
home, where a young mom can reside until her baby
turns two years old. They receive training in life skills,
education and come to know the Lord. If this sounds like
the type of volunteer work you've been looking for,
please call Lifeline Family Center at 242-7238.

Erasable markers for white boards, highlighters, small
white dresser (3-4 drawers) small white end table for
printer, new twin bedspreads, set of 12 glasses, electric
slicer, large flat screen computer monitor, baby formula -
especially Enfamel Regular (not soy), baby oil (not
lotion), Cars - two young moms are currently in need.
Lifeline Family Center will host their annual benefit

Music Ministry
Choir Music CD's for sale
The St. Katharine Drexel Choir is happy to announce that our CD recording is finally here! Some of our community's favorite inspirational songs are featured on the CD, such as: Christ Be Our Light, Taste and See, and the Baptism Prayer. The CD's will be available this weekend in the gift shop for a donation of $10 each to help cover the expenses. Any profits from the CD will go to fund some charitable work with Fr. John's input and approval. And a big "thank you" to the Gubala family for their tireless efforts in making this a reality.
SKD Drexel Youth CD Project
SKD’s youth singers are invited to participate in a
privately funded music CD to support WYD pilgrims
going to Brazil in 2013. There will be a rehearsal held
on Feb 19 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm in the Faith
Formation building. Two or more rehearsals are required
in order to be in the recording session on Feb 26, also
at the Formation building starting at 1:30 pm. If you

Are you, or someone you know, in need of a prayer shawl? Prayer shawls have been lovingly and prayerfully created by members of the prayer shawl ministry to bring peace, comfort, and solace to the recipient. Each one has been blessed and prayed over.
